Automated credit card payment for agency fee (including a 3% transaction fee) or ACH debit payment (including a 1% transaction fee) upon booking confirmation

* Newborn Nites will process payroll associated for your care professional’s work with your family so there is nothing required of you at the time of care.
Our agency has designed this service for those families who desire the expertise and convenience of our placement team along with the ability to directly manage, train and negotiate their own household employee. Rather than send you down a cascade of care websites, facebook groups and random provider recommendations, we will be your partner throughout your search for safe and reliable childcare, to ensure that all of your questions are answered and the process is made as simple for you as possible. Our team will lead you through the initial consultation during which you will review the nuts and bolts of the search process. You will also discuss your position in detail to ensure that we can carefully match only those candidates who are a strong possibility for your family. Once you have time to review the candidates who have been referred to you, you will then schedule interviews (including a working interview) with your top candidate and be on your way to making one of the most important best investments you’ll ever make! After each interview, we will be in touch to collect your feedback on the candidates, which is critical to a successful placement.
This package requires a $100 non-refundable retainer fee to initiate the process. There is NO retainer fee for current or past Newborn Nites clients. A placement fee equal to 10% of the gross total annual compensation is then due if you hire a candidate that we have referred to you.
